LinkRx is the controller for the enquiry information described in this notice. Where LinkRx processes information on behalf of a digital-health organisation under a services agreement, that processing is governed by the terms of that agreement rather than this website notice.

We collect only what you choose to provide through the enquiry form, together with basic technical information needed to operate the site securely.

This website is a business-to-business proposition and is not a clinical channel. Please do not submit patient information, clinical records, prescriptions or details about identifiable individuals through the enquiry form.

If clinical information is sent to us in error, we will delete it from the enquiry record and confirm the deletion to the sender where contact details are available.

We use enquiry information for clearly defined purposes connected to the enquiry you have made.

We rely on legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated and progressing potential commercial discussions with your organisation.
